If you load NMM (and can get to the mod management screen) then NMM will automatically tell you there's a new version and offer to download it for you. Simply follow the setup process and NMM will be updated. If you haven't been able to access NMM up until now, or you haven't got it at all, head on over to our NMM download page to grab the latest version.
I'd like to thank all the people who have posted up bug reports in our bug tracker so far. Not just for bothering to let us know, but for providing us with exactly the feedback we asked for so we could resolve your issues (e.g. the crashdump files!). It's great when we can rely on lots of users to provide us with useful feedback, and the more useful the feedback, the more quickly we can patch bugs and get working on new functionality.
Here's the bug fixes for version 0.12.3:
- Crash when activating Skyrim ArchiveInvalidation (here)
- Crash when a URL in a mod is not in a recognized format (here)
- Crash when a game executable is missing.
- Crash when a file being downloaded does not exist.
- Downloads not starting when the download button on the Nexus sites is used.
- Crash when the download button on the Nexus sites is used. (here)
- Crash in Windows 8. (here)
- Crash when Install Info and Mods folders are chosen to be in a UAC protected folder. (here)

Still crashes when attempt to manage FNV. Skyrim, Oblivion and Fallout 3 all work fine. Bug reported.

when ever i open the fallout new vegas one it says unable to write permission, whats wrong??? please respond as soon as possibly.

still got problems with Fallout New Vegas. saying that the error is because i am using Vista or later and got fallout new vegas installed in my program files folder...

yea everytime i try and open it it just crashes....reinstalled & rebooted 4 times already and i wanted to use the manager for witcher 2 and can't now.

I must have been in an OBMM bubble, and just heard about NMM. Do OBMM users still have to uninstall everything before switching to NMM, even to try it out?
And then to follow up on that.... is there any chance of a conversion tool coming out to ease the pain of redoing all of the mods? It sounds like there are a lot more bugs to fix, but this would be a huge help. I admit I'm an Oblivion noob, but I think I've spent as much time modding as playing so far.

So far I have been having good luck with this. Sure it crashes every once in awhile but I have no issues most the time installing or uninstalling mods.Guess I am just lucky.

Very disappointed after waiting all this time, thinking this was going to be so great.
And wrong was l, this thing is so bad it crashed on the first mod l tried to install, then the game would crash to the desktop, it is a total nightmare.
So l have gone right back to FOMM.
I hope you guys will get to grips with this, after all the time you have spent on it.
Infact I am surprised with all the time you guys spent on it, as well as the top modders you had trying it. you have all this trouble.

Crash, doesn't start, crash, crash when adding mods to download. it's just very, very unstable for me. :/

I downloaded the newest version (.10) and it keeps crashing everytime I try to open it.And here I thought updates were supposed to fix things.
think you got something mixed up here
